The voice authentication service is an effective tool that lets us reduce the risk of fraud, and collects over 100 distinct voice characteristics to create your voiceprint. These features cannot be copied and help confirm your identity when accessing your accounts. The system uses detection methods that quickly identify a recorded or simulated voice creation. Your voiceprint is encrypted and securely stored in a database within Canada. 

 

Note: should the service be unavailable, you will still be able to identify yourself by answering a series of security questions.
