How do I view my annual mortgage document online?
You can see your annual mortgage document by downloading it from your online bank or the National Bank app. Here’s how:
From your web browser:
- Sign in to your online bank.
- Click Overview in the main menu.
- Select your mortgage account.
- Click Download my eStatements.
- Follow the instructions.
From the app:
- Sign in to the National Bank app.
- Select your mortgage, then click Download my eStatements.
- Follow the instructions.
