• Call us at 1-888-622-2783 for quick and more immediate assistance.
  
• Otherwise, fill out the joint credit card application form and bring it to your local National Bank branch at your earliest convenience.

If you’re getting a new credit card:

• Apply for a joint credit card by filling out the form.
