I received a text or email from National Bank. Could it be a scam?

Stay vigilant. Have you received a text or email asking you to click on a link? Review the sender’s information first, and never provide any personal information. 

Note that National Bank may send you text messages containing clickable links from the following phone numbers: 

• 262898  
• 262622  
• 262258
• 1-833-889-1279

We’ll never use emails or texts to ask you for confidential information like your password or PIN. 

If you’ve received a message like this, don’t click the link. Instead, ignore and delete it. 

If you’re a National Bank client and you’ve clicked on one of these links or provided requested information, call us immediately at 1-888-835-6281 to secure your banking information.
